AMZ Pilots — Terms of Service

By clicking “Accept” when booking a call or otherwise purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Plain‑Language Notice
We wrote these terms so they’re easy to read, but they’re still a binding agreement.

By scheduling a strategy call or booking a sales call, enrolling in the AMZ Pilots Mentorship Program (the “Program”), or accessing any related materials, you agree to everything below.

1. Who We Are

AMZ Pilots LLC (“AMZ Pilots,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides education, resources, and coaching to help Amazon sellers launch and scale wholesale businesses. We are not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

2. What You’re Getting

Program Inclusions.

 One‑on‑one and group coaching sessions, on‑demand video lessons, private community/chat access, templates, SOPs, and other resources listed on the checkout page or VSL at the time of purchase.

Access Period. 

2 Years access to recorded materials

Live coaching and community access for the period stated on the checkout page (normally 4 months), unless extended in writing.

3. Who Can Join

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. By joining, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Payments & Fees

Price & Payment Plan. 

The Program fee is shown on the checkout page. If a payment plan is offered, you authorize us to charge each installment to your chosen payment method on the scheduled dates.

Late or Failed Payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is paid. Repeated failures may result in termination (see Section 11).

Taxes. You are responsible for any sales or use taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

5. Refund Policy

No Refunds. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to proprietary materials, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Refund Requests. Because all sales are final, we do not process refund requests or cancellations once enrollment is complete. You are considered enrolled once the Welcome email is sent by our system.

Chargebacks & Disputes. Filing a payment dispute instead of following this policy breaches these terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with documentation and to terminate your Program access immediately.

6. What We Expect from You:

Engagement. 

Show up to calls on time, complete assigned work, and participate respectfully in the community.

No Earnings Claims. 

Do not represent yourself as guaranteed to earn any specific income through the Program.

Confidentiality. 

Keep other members’ questions, strategies, and proprietary information private.

7. Intellectual Property

All Program content is AMZ Pilots’ intellectual property. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license to use the materials for your own business only. You may not share, sell, or redistribute them without written permission.

8. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

We do not promise that you will earn money or achieve any particular outcome. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not typical. Your success depends on many factors outside our control (skills, effort, capital, market conditions, Amazon policies, etc.).

9. No Professional Advice

The Program provides educational information only and is not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Consult qualified professionals before acting on any information we provide.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law: (a) our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the amount you paid us; (b) we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost data).

11. Termination

We may terminate your access—without refund—if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, share protected materials, or miss payments on your payment plan. You may voluntarily terminate by email; unpaid installments will still be owed.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Program or breach of these terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Good‑Faith Resolution. Contact us first at info@amzpilots.com. We’ll try to work it out informally.

Arbitration. 

If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in New Jersey, USA, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party pays its own fees.

No Class Actions. 

You may bring claims only in your individual capacity.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the VSL page and take effect immediately for new customers and 30 days after posting for existing customers.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, plus any order form or checkout page you completed, make up the entire agreement between you and AMZ Pilots regarding the Program.
